How Can an Architectural Wall Effectively Integrate
Existing Site Conditions While Serving Multiple Functions Simultaneously?

Walled-Up Boat House

This building features an architectural wall that not only continues the existing site conditions at the foothill along the Cayuga shore but also serves multiple functions. It acts as the primary structure, houses the mechanical systems, provides furniture, and serves as an architectural threshold that connects and separates the boathouse from private programs.
