As ARC's lead model maker, I took charge of coordinating with our partner firm's model maker to adapt UK dimensions to US standards and source suitable materials within the local market. I led the effort to strategize the assembly of their laser-cut pieces, ensuring clarity and efficiency in communication. Managing a tight schedule, I organized and delegated tasks among architectural designers at ARC, maintaining momentum and delivering the model on time while upholding the highest quality standards.
